'Theme Manager' is a program that helps you customize your desktop with new skins or themes.

The programs comes with nine available '.Suite' files. Suite files can contain all of the icons, skins, etc. necessary to apply a suite, download links to these files on the Internet,or some combination of the two.

This suites are very easy to apply because you only need to select one from the 'Available Suites' panel and press the 'Apply' button.

Although it's free, you will pay for any additional things you want to download so, it offers you few features and you'll pay for almost everything else. If you like, you could create your own skins and suites and then upload them.

The user interface is easy to understand because in has only three categories: the type of the application, the options for every application and the preview. The preview works for several application but for some, like screen savers or Windows Media Player Skins, it didn't work.
