My favorite thoughts of spiritual meditation continue to fight to mind the question of how my life is dependent and correlated with the utmost subtle world.
It continue to have problems every time my spiritual self asks where the world comes, why I'm here again, or what happens when I die. Favorite thoughts of spiritual meditation continue to values such as patience, contentment, humility, beauty, love, or creativity that feels beyond our visible world.

What do you gain from meditation? Consider what could be. Imagine a “world of peace and ease,” yours without changing a thing.
Imagine perfect mental balance: “a balance of mind never upset by any event under the canopy of heaven.” Meditation holds promise of: “Great Liberation;” “Great Knowledge;” “Great tranquility.” Great promise however is rarely fulfilled.

Urinated as the child's clothing is purified by applying soapy water, impurities in the mind are eliminated by the application of meditation in the mind

Meditate on a lone cloud on a hill, floating effortlessly through space and time. Imagine you are that cloud and with every inhale and exhale, you are blowing yourself gracefully across the heavens, forgetting all sorrow, pain and worry of the hills below
The art of meditation takes many forms and titles. Meditation has been practiced for over 5,000 years mainly in eastern religious traditions such as Buddhism and Hinduism.

There is a famous story of a Kundalini Yoga Master who was desperate to increase the amount of time he spent doing his daily meditation practice. The story says that the Yogi nailed his pony tail to the wall so that when he would start to dose off,
he would be rudely awakened by his contraption, and that this technique allowed him to successfully meditate for 22 hours daily. Are you ready for that? Luckily, 22 hours of daily meditation is not a prerequisite for spiritual growth or enlightenment, but the point of the story is that the ask is not cheap either. So how long should one meditate for daily?
